Everything seems to be working fine from here this morning... there's data in the projection files, the CDG returned data for me just now (both on-screen and CSV download).

You can get prior-year values from the CDG (by year) or from the stats/projections archives (go to Stats/Projections page, scroll all the way to the bottom). We don't have a multi-year rollup anywhere, so you'd need to do some Excel magic to create that. I tried it last night and also had delays, but I let it be and several minutes later it resolved.
Tried multiple times Wednesday evening, same results: resolved to data, but after waiting several minutes each time.Comment

I just tried on my iPAD. Everything seems to be going fine after you click Generate Values.
