    Tried to order the Personal Advisor service, but in the marketplace when it asked me to sign in I could not. I then requested a new password which also did not work. I tried reqeusting another password and it still did not work. Thanks.

      Hapj... your shopping cart username/password is different from your site username/password. Were you using the wrong one?

        And if you don't have (or don't know) your shopping cart account, just create a new one.

          Yeah thought of that but my email (which is the user name) already exists on HQ's records so it won't allow me to create a new account.
