    I received an email that you couldn't charge the credit card on file. I've already received the renewal for that card so I logged in and updated the information to reflect that. Somewhere in the process, I got a server error message, then couldn't log into HQ again. My password used for years was not accepted.

    I clicked on change password and received confirmation that it had been reset.

    Please confirm that you did get the updated card info and that my acct is now showing a new password (if you can do that).

    Unfortunately I can't do that. For security reasons we can't see your credit card info (or password). We'll find out if it worked this week when we try to run your card again. No worries, we'll notify you either way.

        it looks to me as if I've screwed up my annual order by multiple entries. I want annually to get the paper copy of the Forecaster and the website. Sorry; thanks.
