I received an email that you couldn't charge the credit card on file. I've already received the renewal for that card so I logged in and updated the information to reflect that. Somewhere in the process, I got a server error message, then couldn't log into HQ again. My password used for years was not accepted.
I clicked on change password and received confirmation that it had been reset.
Please confirm that you did get the updated card info and that my acct is now showing a new password (if you can do that).
