HQ league prizes

I've forgotten the procedure for getting the HQ league prizes, e.g. a Forecaster. I think in the past we ordered it, and at some point a credit was applied?

I see a "placeholder" link in my account page for the 2026 Forecaster PDF, but currently it downloads the 2025 edition.
