HQ league prizes

I've forgotten the procedure for getting the HQ league prizes, e.g. a Forecaster. I think in the past we ordered it, and at some point a credit was applied?

I have the list of winners, I need to talk to our techies to figure out easiest way to facilitate the prizes. Will send an email to all of the winners soon.
