I'd love to find out how to insert quotes into a post, I've seen it a ton of occasions but have no clue how to construct that. I sheepishly ask "how"?

how's 'bout if I want to simply quote an 'excerpt' from a post. or part of a lengthier post?

To quote an excerpt, just do the same thing but delete the text you don't want to quote (without messing up the bold and italics codes that you'll see embedded in the quote).
