  • simple tutorial, pls

    I'd love to find out how to insert quotes into a post, I've seen it a ton of occasions but have no clue how to construct that. I sheepishly ask "how"?

    Instead of clicking on post reply, click on the quote button in the lower right of the post you'd like to quote. The rest happens fairly automatically.

        one more detail...

        how's 'bout if I want to simply quote an 'excerpt' from a post. or part of a lengthier post?

          To quote an excerpt, just do the same thing but delete the text you don't want to quote (without messing up the bold and italics codes that you'll see embedded in the quote). Give a try; it's easy.
