Looking for one owner to take over abandoned team. 24 Active (extra P), 8 Reserve (including minor leaguers); roster salary cap to check any team from becoming too dominant. Top seven finishers win money, active trading league good owner competition, that includes Stephen Nickrand and yours truly. You must enjoy rebuilding, and you will get all of your free agent pickups and trades at no charge (normally $3 apiece) for the first season.
