The start up slow auction begins 1st week January. The MiLB slow draft starts early February, as soon as the MLB auction is complete.

The basic details are:
24 team dynasty h2h points format. Each team plays 4 matchups weekly.
$50 fee. 100% payout (less CBS hosting fee).
Initial auction draft with annual auction for all free agents.
Salary cap with annual increase per player.
Daily lineups (except SPs)
MiLB system of 20-40 per team.
FABB (Bidding Bucks)used for waivers.
