Standard Waggoner format & payouts with separate AL & NL auctions & standings based on combined scores of both leagues. 100% return minus auction-day expenses & $500 commish fee. Very strong anti-dump rules. This league is identical in format to the Couchpotato Roto League now entering yr 7. Norse enters yr 2.
