Hi everyone,
The Chicago Hardcore league is seeking 1-3 owners. The league has been in existence for 23 years. Although we would prefer someone in the Chicago area, we would be willing to bring in someone from out-of-town, as long as they can call in for the duration of the auction.
The league uses the Ultra rules, with several refinements/intricacies.
Here are the basics:
5X5 (standard categories, including runs and K's)
NL only
$280 auction cap, $320 in-season cap
12 team
40 man rosters (25 active, 15 reserves)
14 hitters, 11 pitchers on active roster
Teams can keep up to 12 players and 3 reserves (minor leaguers) each year (based on standings)
