I run a mixed league, currently 15 teams. We have 5 keepers per teams with limited contracts, and expansion teams get keepers, too (from a list of all unprotected players). I won't go into too much detail, but this is a league I finish in the money every year (thanks HQ), and I am about 99% certain there are no other hq'ers. so a fellow hq'er could easily compete.

Entry fee is $260. About half of the league works at a court here, so you'd get paid.
