Openings in Chicago Area NL-Only Roto Ultra League
The CFCL is a 12-team NL-only 5x5 (non-standard) Rotisserie Ultra league that will be entering its 25th season in 2008:Offensive Categories: OBP, Total Bases, RS, RBI, SB
Pitching Categories: ERA, WHIP, K:BB, QS, HoSv
Draft Style: Live Auction (around-the-table bidding), followed by 17-round Reserve Draft. Draft Day usually lasts about 8 hours
Draft Date: Typically the weekend of Opening Day
Stat Service: CBS Sportsline
We have three spots available for 2008. The three rosters that are currently ownerless will be pooled and the incoming owners will draft their winter rosters from that pool (players' salaries and contracts will remain the same).
Yearly fees are about $100 per team with $20 or so going towards running the league (stat service, trophy, etc) and the rest to the prize pool.
If you live in the Chicago area and are looking for a stable league with a great history, drop me a line. We hold our Draft "live" so only applicants who live in the Chicago area and who can commit to attending the Draft in person can be considered.
