TEAM MANAGERIAL VACANCY
in 2026, there is a team managerial vacancy in the 12-team 5x5 roto keeper league i manage at fantrax. the league is free!
some league particulars:
-all but one scoring category are standard 5x5 roto cats.
-set line-ups twice a week on mondays and fridays.
-mixed league player universe.
-keep 7 MLB players from year to year.
-FAAB for acquiring free agents.
-no trade deadline.
-no trade vetoing of any kind.
-saves + (holds÷2)
-27 roster spots dedicated only for players on their MLB teams' 26-man active rosters who no longer qualify as MiLB players.
-three additional roster spots only for minor league players.
-one catcher.
-six IL reserved spots only for MLB players.
this is a roto league. just not in 2026. in 2026, i am operating the league in a head-to-head format.
in 2027, the league will return to our usual rotisserie fantasy baseball format.
2026 will be the 19th season for hats for bats (the league name). the collection of participants is fair-minded, friendly, mature, and savvy.
