Looking for Roto League (15-20) Teams

I'm a fairly experienced FB player though I have not played in a roto league for a number of years. My preferences are:

• 15-20 teams
• Roto - 5v5 or 6v6 with OBP, QS and Hold components
• Active + Reserve rosters = 35-40 players
• Minors: 15-20 players
• Keepers - I am easy with any reasonable number
• Cost <$100
