12 teams.
5x5 with OBP instead of AVG (just changed this year)
$260 budget.
$100 FAAB. Weekly FAAB.
8 minor league draft - occurs prior to auction.
Auction Date: Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 8PM EST.
Where: CBS Draft Room
Cost: $100 USD.
Minor League Draft: Occurs as soon as next weekend via email as soon as we have 12th owner.

Note: 11th owner is already confirmed but still option of dispersal draft for 11th and 12th teams this week.
