11 team Roto 5x5; 19 active: 1C, 1 1B, 1 2B, 1 3B, 1 SS, 4 OF, 8 P, 1 DH (any batter position) plus 1 UT infielder (1b, 2b, 3b, or SS). How do I represent that in the Custom Draft Guide?

I don't think you can do that exactly. But just treating that UT infielder as a UT player should have only a marginal effect on the values. Certainly good enough for valuation purposes.

My AL-only league has no UT and subjects DH to the same requirements as the others. I hate it, but it does seem to significantly affect the auction prices of players who have played 20 games as DH. With my luck, I'll finally persuade my colleagues to change the rule right before you update the CDG to accept DH as a position.
