I did double check the glossary. For instance both Bud Norris (10 Ks in 10 IP but DOM of 8.7) and Caminero (7 Ks in 7 IP but DOM of 9.5) seem that their DOMs should both be 9.0. Also just checked Carrasco (18 Ks in 11 IP but DOM of 14.3 vice 14.7)
I didn't look a last 7 days as that might take actual maths to figure out ; )
Not drastic difference and not sure if there are any 2nd order effects (BPV?)

Dom (Dominance Rate, or k/9) measures how many strikeouts a pitcher earns per game equivalent. The most dominant strikeout pitchers will have a Dom of 7.0 or higher.
