CDG and MACK

If I input my leagues keepers into the MACK program, can I then run the CDG with those keepers filtered out and the remains would be the free agents with draft inflation figured in?

Yes. The keepers aren't exactly filtered out in the CDG results... they are flagged as keepers and their price is frozen at the value specified in MACK. The savings is allocated to the rest of the player pool (ie inflation).
