  • I placed an order that has not been fulfilled

    I placed an order on February 9th, and have submitted multiple requests for an update via the online customer service tool, e-mail, and even Twitter. Thus far, I have not received any response.

    The order cost was charged to my credit card on February 10th. How do I get this issue resolved?

    I share your frustration. Not only me but a friend that is a subscriber too. While this is the forum for "HQ Tech Support" and maybe not the correct place to post, I have come to the conclusion that HQ has no such thing as "Customer Service". As far as receiving a reply-no way!
