Incorrect CSV Grid Output

Using CDG to generate a grid with CSV output so I can manipulate it in Excel resulted in incorrect placing of players in columns. Within a $ amount ($35, e.g.) players were slotted consecutively from the DH spot regardless of position. The example below isn't formatted but it gives you the idea .. Kershaw, Trout, Godschmict, Cabrera were all listed under DH.
