Not overthinking, it's a good question. When I do this, I generally try to redistribute, to keep the sum at 5.0 for a 5x5 league, for instance. But if you run the CDG with and without doing that, you should see that the resulting differences are very minor.Leave a comment:

CDG Weighted Values
Simple question ... If I choose the default 5x5 for my league, all categories receive a weighted value of 1 (meaning that all categories need to be valued evenly by CDG). However, if I were to change HRs to .4, can I leave all other categories at 1? Or do I need to redistribute .6 points among the other 9 categories so that the net value returns to 10? Or is this a case of me overthinking things again?
