MLBA PDF Download Issues

Not able to download the MLBA using any of the un/pw combos provided.

The un/pw combo in the email (in parenthesis under the link) is not the same names as what the instructions say to enter. In any case, neither work.

Nevermind, got it to work on a newer Mac.
