Adding CS to Custom Draft Guide

Would it be possible to add caught stealing (CS) as a separate field in the custom draft guide?

It's been added... but only for points scoring formats. If you use negative categories like this in category scoring, the combination of the backward ranking and the lack of distribution of the values (so many people with, say, 0-5 CS projected) will lead to very screwy results. So we've disabled it in Category mode to avoid confusion.
