Account Cancellation - No Word Back From Customer Support

After many years as a BaseballHQ subscriber, I've decided to retire from fantasy baseball. As a result, I need to cancel my BaseballHQ subscription. I filled out the support form on Thursday morning requesting information on how to cancel my account, but I've yet to hear anything back. I see that a few folks have had some luck getting the attention of the (likely quite busy) support team here, so I figured I'd try the same.
