Search by Author--main site

It would be nice to be able to search for article by author. Often in the forums someone will mention an older article, or you will want to revisit something that you know who it was written by. Does this exist, or any thoughts on adding it? If you put an author (i.e. Hershey, Dennis) in the search it will give you any article that has his name in it, not anything he wrote.

I've searched for my own surname before to research or clarify past thinking, and the search has returned my articles. Mind you, it's mot like I'm "Smith" or "Jones" so that helps.
