From what you describe, you skipped a step. You don't just order from us and get the codes. You need to download the trial version, get the product key and email it to Rotolab. Then Merv or Jessica email you back with the unlock codes for your computer.

(Also, these forums are not Rotolab support. This is a question that should be directed to Rotolab anyway, at info@rotolab.com)

Hi BBHQ Support Folks,

I've been a BBHQ subscriber and Rotolab purchaser for years. This year, unfortunately, I purchased rotolab on BBHQ site yesterday and have yet to get the email with the unlocking codes. In the past I've gotten the codes within an hour or two of purchase. Please help!
