IPad getting weird lines of home icons and rss icons in forums

On the iPad, home page is showing lines of house icons and rss icons separating topics, and underlining the forum names after a "new posts" search. Never had anything like that in 3+ years. No settings changed, does it at home, does it at school. Did you guys change anything tha ought to cause that kind of behavior?

Don't think we did. I had this a few weeks ago, think a reboot cleared it.

Reboot didn't fix it, but clearing out cookies and passwords did. Very odd.

In my college years, I often found it refreshing to toss my cookies.
