Some players marked as keepers in MACK are not showing up as keepers in the CDG. I have tried removing the players and re-adding in, but they still do not show up as keepers in the CDG.

You probably have his position set to P in MACK. For keepers to work, you need:
- player on a team associated with the right league
- keeper box checked for the player
- salary set (non-zero) for the player
- position set (for the player)... don't set hitters to P or P's to hitters, that'll break it.
- check the 'use keepers' box in CDG.Comment
