Anyone able to integrate CDG CSV files?

I'm having trouble importing the CSV files into MS Access, mainly because the hitters are pitchers are all in the same file. Basically, the file has a blank line, another row of headers, and then goes on with the columns containing completely different data, and my import utility has no idea how to handle this. Has anyone come up with a clever way of working with these files, or perhaps splitting it into two, without an excess of manual work?

CDG outputs all the hitters, then a blank row, then all the pitchers. Copy/Paste the data so you have two separate spreadsheets and import each individually into their own Access table. If you only want one table containing all players then you'll have to have ALL fields for every player. That can get confusing when looking at SO vs. K and HR vs HR allowed, etc...
