Attempting to run out a 6X6 report but the pitching blows up. If I run 5x5 the value for Halladay in $37, but if I add HR Allowed to make the 6x6 then Halladays value is $-9.

I ran 3 custom draft guides for (1) 5X5 and got Halladay $37, (2) 6X6 with HR Allowed Halladay is $-9 and (3)6X6 with HR/9 Halladay in $-9.

HR/9inn is only a replacement for HR Allowed if it is adjusted by innings pitched. Does the custom draft guide do this???

I think it does, but not sure (need to check with programmers). I explained in the other thread why it's basically impossible to program for raw HR allowed in category scoring.
