CDG setup features

Just wondering, would it be possible to tweak the CDG a little to allow, for instance, "balanced" to be selected for hitters, while "top players" is selected for pitchers? Spread the risk offensively and stars and scrubs for pitching being a popular and often successful setup.

Or run it twice, and splice 'em together?

I'll leave it to RobR to tell us if this is possible, but splicing would certainly be an option.
