Using the Custom Draft Guide with "balance of season" projections?

I love this guide, especially the grid view. It would be great to use the Custom Draft Guide for help with in-season roster decisions... but only makes sense if the projections are not for the entire season, but rather for the balance of the season only.

Does anyone know if it's possible to set up this tool using balance of season projection?

There's a drop-down item in the CDG to 'select stat pool' (or something like that). It defaults to '2011 projected', but you can change it to "year-to-date 2011". The former gives you projections from today til end of season, the latter gives you everything that's actually happened up until today.

You can also choose prior years full-season data if you choose.
