How do you upgrade from Deluxe Gold4 to Dynasty Gold4?

I saw that a pdf of the forecaster was going to be released early to Dynasty Gold4 members and thus would like to upgrade.

Can someone advise where I can find the download link for the 2011 forecaster pdf. I'm new to the site and feeling clumsy as I try to move around the site and find things. I have Dynasty Gold4 membership . . if someone could point me to the download it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
