Errors when accessing past year files

When trying to access stats from past years - for example, with this link:

http://www.baseballhq.com/members/data/histdata.php?yr=2007&lg=N&p=B&f=csv

I get the following error:

   get_lg_csv() - error   sending temp file /tmp/2007_N_B.csv
