Rookie Eligibility Report?

Basically what I'm looking for is to have a pool of players that qualify for Rookie Status (50 IP and 130 AB's) for a minor league draft.

I'd love to have a report I could run that would include the Potential Rating, MLB Debut and their strengths and weaknesses with comments? This will be my first rookie draft so I'm not too familiar with alot of the scouting/names....

Is this feasible from the Minor League News and Scouting data? Or am I dreaming?

You could compile this from the top 100 lists and full set of org reports (for debut and comments), I'd say. Or use the position reports instead of the org reports.

Wasn't sure if I could use the current reporting tools within the site to gather the info or compile it manually.

No, the minor league stuff is basically off on its own island right now, I'm afraid.
