Subscriber Survey problem?

I received an email regarding participation in the Subscriber Survey this year. While I'd like to help out, Google has flagged the survey site as suspicious and I'm not interested in risking malware. Probably not intentional on the part of the site owners, but not worth the risk.

I, too, want to participate but got the same message.

We're working with the survey vendor to solve the problem, and I believe once it's fixed we'll re-send the survey to those of you that got it.
