Top Skills on top of all the Power, Bullpen etc... pages

Are the Top skills, close skills and failing skills on the top of the Power, Bullpen etc.. part of the pages queried at the time someone clicks it or are they posted hard coded on the site?

They pull the latest data from our database when you run the report. Not hard-coded.
