Custom Draft Guide Glitch

I'm having problems generating a CDG for my league. I'm using 12 teams, AL/NL, $260 budget, 70% offense, 7 bench players, not Forced, Top Players and 9 pitchers per team. If I use the standard 5x5 format the top 6 pitchers are:

1. Santana ($22)
2. Halladay ($21)
3. Peavy ($21)
4. Sabathia ($21)
5. Webb ($19)
6. Lincecum ($18)

When I add BB:Walks Allowed as the sixth pitching category, however, the numbers change dramatically:

17. Santana ($16)
5. Halladay ($29)
66. Peavy ($4)
9. Sabathia ($21)
67. Webb ($4)
380. Lincecum (- $8)

Am I doing something wrong?

Cumulative negative categories like BB or HR for pitchers are going to take dollars away from SP. Those scoring categories are there because they work much better in Points mode.

Even though your league uses BB and not BB/9 as your scoring category, for valuation purposes I'd use BB/9 in the CDG. That should set your values back to something like what you'd expect.
