Password

Last Friday my main computer at home crashed. I set up a repalcement and sent BB HQ a request for my password through the "Access Problems" link. No response so I sent another Saturday. No response so Sunday I sent an e-mayl to technical suppert. Still no response.

How do I get my password mailed to me? I am able to log on through my office machine bt need access at hoem as well. That is what I have paid for.
