Filtering certain stats for team building

I can not find the article now, but I read it last week on HQ. It was talking about building your team around these players/keepers. It was about filtering projected stats to find certain types of players. I believe the categories and limits for hitters were the following:

ct% 70 sx 100 px 100 rel 70

Is this correct?

What categories can be used for pitchers? Is there a way to use the evaluator to filter this for me?

Yes, that column has the info, but there was another column that had some similiar information.

My question is, can I use HQ to generate my own list. For instance, if I wanted to use those 4 categories + an additional one. So that means, plug in the parameters, and press a button, and the computer generates the list.
