how to insert a url and change the display text?

i am trying to figure out how to post a link and then instead of the URL showing, changing that display text.

ie
I can do this

http://www.baseballhq.com/members/forums/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=33

But Instead of showing the actual url i want to show .... New Post

Type the text first, then highlight it and click the URL button.
