Can't import BBHQ Projections to Rotolab Software

    It is almost always the user's firewall. Go into the configuration settings and add RotoLab to the list of programs that are allowed to communicate with the Internet. If that doesn't help e-mail me at info@rotolab.com there are a couple other ways to get it. In the future, always send support issues like this to me. The only thing that belongs on these baords are discussions about the program or what settigns other users use.

    Had same problem & had to remove Rotolab from Firewall. I'd bet that is your problem.

    Two questions, and then Merv can follow up:

    1. Do you have the correct download password that Merv provided?
    2. Are you running any firewalls? I had to set my firewall to allow the Rotolab-to-HQ connection the first time I tried to connect.

    I can't connect to the server to download the BBHQ projections into Rotolab.

    Any ideas?
