Updates of PQS Logs on PlayerLink?

I was looking up a few of my pitchers (Zach Duke, Jason Jennings, Byung-Hyun Kim ... you can see why I might worry about 'em!) on the PlayerLink Database, and it looked as if their PQS logs haven't been updated since early July.

Is this a known issue? Any idea when we might expect them all to be caught back up?
