clicked again "playerlink database" then on Y. Petit and found all 0s again.

Attention Mike!!! (& Teddy Ballgame)

Mike -you have a problem with some of the new players like Jered Weaver, Petit, Abercrombie where there are *two* entries in the Playerlink. The one with the full name, including middle initial, has the stats.

e.g. Petit, Yusmeiro A. has the stats.

Petit, Yusmeiro has all 0s.

Yeah, the common thread seems to be all pitchers just called up (or having stats appear for the first time) starting late-May or June.

I've just gone through the entire playerlink db (ah, fun) and made a list of all the duplicates I could catch easily. They'll be dealt with in the next day or so. We've also modified our new player import system to allow us to better track what's going on and prevent this from happening in the future.

Many of these dups were deleted today. The changes we made to the import has shown us how they are slipping in, now we just need to fix it.
