urgent need for injury list? where?

I know the new format is coming up? but i need at least a list to look at for my draft.. does anyone know how i can get this asap? or is there a public site?

Rick Wilton's Baseball Injury Report For Fantasy Teams is the best I've seen. It is offered on this sites home page at a discount. I think it cost me like $10 for being a subscriber to BaseballHQ.

If you go to the Team Link Depth Chart page, you can click on each team's depth chart, and at the bottom, it shows injuries. It has Craig Counsell's labrum problem reported 3/1. But it doesn't have Ben Sheets' most recent trouble. I think it's probably updated weekly.
