IL issues

Not a biggie but in researching players on the IL I noticed duplicate player entries on the BAL depth chart. Helsley and Rutschman are examples of players appearing multiple times.

Seeing it on the ATH list as well. I always thought this was a list of players currently hurt, am I wrong and it's a running list of all injuries over the course of the entire season??

Yes, it's meant to be just a running injury log. Players can appear multiple times.
