How do I download a CSV of projected NL stats?

Go to Stats/CSV Download Center on the site menu. We've got all flavors of the stat pool there. Or you can always download from the Custom Draft Guide if you want your league-specific values included.

Is there an R$ column?

Yes, the mixed league files have mixed dollar values, the AL- or NL-files have single-league values.
