Even a Luddite like me knows that last year's site reboot came with some inevitable glitches, and HQ Forums Rules seems to be one of them. If you click it, you get the dreaded

" 404

Page Not Found


Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist."

Hopefully the Rules can be retrieved - wayback machine maybe?
